Come learn a new approach (Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment – SMART) that uses physical play to help children and caregivers regulate their feelings and their behavior and to help caregivers feel more confident and effective.

Who should sign-up? Adults working with young children (0-3) & their families (including soon-to be parents), looking to learn easy-to-use tools to be present, calm, and playful, especially after difficult experiences. You must be able to attend both sessions (8 hours total) to register.
