Caveat: Not everyone will have the ability and resources to create the ideal SMART room. Don’t despair! SMART tools and skills prove useful in homes, schools, outdoor spaces, and hybrid private practice rooms.

  • Floor mats with sufficient density for the weight of full body play
  • Attention to sound and neighbors
  • Windows and lighting protection from a bouncing ball
  • Seating as deemed needed for caregiver
